Can this unit be delivered to a residential address and if so, how is it unloaded?

Yes, this unit can be delivered to a residential address but you will need to have the proper equipment to have the unit moved to where it needs to go. At checkout, you can also select whether you would need a liftgate or not. If not, a forklift will be needed to unload from the truck.
