Can you get this with black or brown logs, or just birch? Do the logs come separately and can you stack them differently? I also want to make sure it is, it fact cast iron.

Unfortunately, this stove only comes with birch logs and they must be stacked as instructed in the manual. This stove is indeed cast iron. If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call! Thanks.
