Do we need to purchase a condenser kit and drain line? I presume it would come with the unit.

Thank you for your question. This system does include a drain tube. However, if your installation requires the drain line to go against gravity, you will need a condensate pump. Should you need this pump, it can be found with the other additional accessories for this product. These additional accessories are on the product page under the "add to cart" button. You will require the condenser kit for a complete installation. This kit includes the electrical components needed for installation. This condenser kit can be selected by using the drop down selection bar beside the product image. Other accessories we would recommend would be a wall mount bracket, condenser slab or equipment pad for the outdoor condenser.
