The Goodman GR9T961205DN uses aluminized-steel burners rather than stainless steel (which is used only in its secondary heat exchanger), and while its 120,000 BTU output easily heats your insulated 2,400 sq. ft. workshop to 65°F, it is generally not ideal for intermittent weekend use because this high-efficiency unit produces water condensate that can freeze and crack the furnace if the building drops below 32°F during the week, and airborne shop dust will require you to pipe in dedicated outside air to prevent burner clogs.
