Does it work with mini split

No, the ACiQ STN1320 thermostat is not directly compatible with a standard ductless mini-split system out of the box. The STN1320 is a standard 24V AC thermostat designed for traditional, central HVAC systems (such as split-system heat pumps, furnaces, and air handlers). Most ductless mini-splits use proprietary DC low-voltage communication signals and are controlled via factory wireless remotes or dedicated wired controllers.
