Does this a/c unit run on 120 or 220 electric?

Unfortunately, all of our mobile home condensers and self-contained packaged units run on 208/230 volts. However, we do have an alternate solution that would work for you. We have a DIY mini split system from our house brand, ACiQ, that is 115 volts and would be a great fit for your modular home. It is a single zone mini split system that comes pre-charged with refrigerant, meaning that you will be able to self-install the system without needing a professional to handle any refrigerant. Depending on the layout of your modular home, 1 or 2 of these DIY mini split systems should be enough to cover the entirety of it.

The model number for the system is ACIQ-12Z-EZ115 / ACIQ-12W-EZ115.
