Does this come ready to install or do I need to order additional parts for it?

If this is for a first-time install, then the other items you would need to purchase include a line set, a disconnect switch, and an equipment pad. There are other optional add-ons that you might need, but those three items are the main accessories you would need to complete the install. If this isn't for a first-time install, you can typically reuse those items from the older system. Just be aware that the line set will need to be flushed in order to reuse it.
