Does this draw it's power from an breaker box on the outside of the house or a 25amp plug on the inside of the house?

Thank you for your question. National Building Codes require a dedicated circuit. Typically there is a breaker installed in the main panel. The wire is ran to the disconnect box, and an electrical whip connects the disconnect box to the unit. The disconnect box is the on off switch, and the whip is like the plug. The indoor air handler will receives it power from the outdoor condenser via a control wire. It is strongly recommended that a licensed professional handle all electrical components of installation.
