Down to what temperature will this be able to produce heat? Does this unit come fully charged?

This packaged heat pump, without supplemental electric heat kits, can provide heat down to 47°F. With electric heat kits, it can provide heat down to 17°F. Electric heat kits can be found here (AirQuest's packaged unit heat kits are those with model numbers beginning with "CPHEATER"). These units are pre-charged, but no refrigerant-handling is required for installing these units. Attaching the unit to your home's ductwork is the only step needed.
