How does your warranty work?

We will work with you to provide any warranty covered part that your unit needs. We provide warranty replacement parts for any units that have been purchased through our site and units that are still under warranty. In many cases, the failed part must be returned to us for the warranty. In cases such as this we may request that you purchase the new part and will receive a refund on that charge once we receive the original part back. Any expedited shipping will be an extra charge. Please note, We reserve the right to reject any warranty claim for a replacement part(s) and/or repairs if all or any of the required documentation is not provided at the time of filing a claim.
