How hard would it be to convert it to propane?

The part that allows the furnace to convert from natural gas to propane comes included with it. For a licensed HVAC technician, it should not be a difficult part to install. Please note that this can only be installed by a licensed HVAC technician otherwise the furnace's warranty will be void.
