I have a Goodman GSX130361, How many volts & amps does the condenser pull?

The Goodman GSX130361 has a running load amperage (R.L.) of 16.6 and has a locked rotor amperage (L.R.) of 79. The locked rotor amperage will be the very high current a motor draws when power is first applied. It will also be roughly about five times the running load amperage.
