How to fix Ignition lockout? The switch turned on and off 3 times.

Ignition lockouts on this furnace can be handled in three ways. They can reset after 3 hours automatically, by interrupting the 115 VAC power to the furnace, or by interrupting the 24 VAC at SEC1 or SEC2 to the furnace control CPU.
