I have a brick fireplace opening thats 45.5 in wide by 35 in tall. Where can I find a faceplate to cover that?

The factory does not manufacturer a faceplate to fit that size. Either one would have to be fabricated on site or the fireplace opening would have to be shrunk down using a non-combustible material.
