If you add up the indoor units it equals 34000 btu how does a 24000 btu condenser handle the load?

The outdoor condenser has an operating range. It will reduce capacity of the indoor units because it has a maximum of 24k. These units are designed for situations when only 2 of the indoor units are running at a time normally. For instance, at night in bedrooms, during the day a bedroom unit is shut off, and the main living space unit is operating.
