Is the Majestic BE36 Installed into a wood-framed chase? Is the chimney pipe included?

The Majestic BE36 Wood Fireplace is installed into a wood-framed cavity created during remodels and new construction. The BE36 Uses Majestic SL300 Series Chimney Pipe which is not included with the fireplace. Please give us a call if we can help further. Thanks!!!
