Is this a 2 speed or stage heatpump?

The GSZH503610 is a single stage heat pump. If you're looking for a 3 ton two stage heat pump, we would recommend the N4H636GK from ACiQ. As of 7/12/23, the N4H636GK is still in stock. If it manages to sell out when you decide to place an order, the N4H7T36AKAAA will work just as well.
