Is this legal in California?

California residents are required to purchase an ultra low NOx gas packaged unit rather than the standard gas packaged units. Regarding SEER, any SEER1 or SEER2-rated packaged units can still be installed in California as of 8/7/23. The closest ultra low NOx equivalent to the GPG1436040M41 is the GPUM33606041.
