What does SEER mean?

SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is a rating for cooling efficiency. The SEER rating of a unit is the cooling output of the system during a typical cooling season divided by the total electric energy used in that same period. The higher the SEER rating the more efficient your AC unit is and the less energy it consumes. For further information on SEER ratings please visit SEER Ratings Guide and for regional standards Regional Efficiency Standards. If you have any further questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to one of our experienced customer service representative and they would be happy to assist you.
