What extras are needed to use this fan for a stove hood?

To use this fan for a stove hood, you would need just a switch or speed controller. A potentiometer would work well for this, but we currently do not carry them (as of 2/21/22). A control like this one from Lowe's (or something similar) would work fine. The wiring posts are not something you need to buy separately. They're hard to see in the diagrams, but the below image shows where they are.
