What is the allowable distance from the ceiling this fan can be installed?

We recommend mounting the fan so that the bottom of the fan’s hub is about 33 inches below the ceiling. The fan blades should be between 10 and 50 feet above the floor, with the ideal height being 20 to 30 feet for the best airflow.
