Which air handlers come with txv’s? Do all your 14 and 16 seer air handlers come with txv’s installed?

This specific air handler does come with the txv already installed. Any Goodman air handler with the letter "T" in the model number has the txv installed and all AirQuest air handlers regardless of model number have the txv installed.
