Is the Breckwell BH3024 36" gas direct vent fireplace approved by my local building authority in Chicago with a horizontal vent kit?

The Breckwell BH3024 36" Gas Direct Vent Fireplace is nationally certified to: ANSI Z21.88-2017/CSA 2.33-2017 for Vented Gas Fireplace Heaters and is approved for horizontal venting.
