Will I get as much heat and warmth with a 60,000 BTU 95% efficient furnace as a 69,000 BTU 90% efficient furnace?

A 60,000 BTU furnace with an efficiency of 95% will have an actual BTU output of 57,000 BTUs, exterior factors such as house size and geographic location excluded. A 69,000 BTU furnace with a 90% efficiency will have an actual output of 62,100 BTUs under the same conditions. To decide on which to go with, you need to take into account how big of an area it is heating and where you are located.
