Does this unit have a wiring diagram for its controls?

This PTAC plugs into an outlet and does not need a wiring diagram as a result.

However if you want to use a thermostat with this PTAC, a wiring harness is required in order to connect them to each other. The model number for the harness is PWHK01C. The below diagram came from the harness's manual and outlines how to connect the thermostat to the PTAC:
