Questions and Answers

Customer Questions
Can a condensate pump handle more than one air handler?
No it cannot. Condensate pumps are installed inside the air handlers themselves. If it is necessary for your mini split setup, you would need one condensate pump for each air handler. If you have any further questions, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
How is the electrical connected - can it get power from the air handler?
Thank you for your question. This mini condensate pump can be wired directly to the air handler or to a separate line for power. Usually they get wired to the air handler unit power, which makes it convenient to wire up the safety switch as well. The safety switch in the condensate pump shuts off the unit if the pump fails. For more assistance, please give us a call.
