How it Works?
For Current Customers:
If you’ve completed a purchase from HVACDirect.com or our installation service, you are eligible to refer a new customer. Once their order of $1,000 or more is completed, simply submit the referral form within 6 months. After approval, you’ll receive a $100 refund to your original payment method, and your friend will receive $100 refunded on their order.
For New Customers:
If you were referred by an existing customer, you’ll receive a $100 refund after completing your first purchase of at least $1,000 (before taxes and fees). Once your order is complete, you’ll also be eligible to refer others and earn rewards.
How Will I Get Paid?
If all requirements are met, both you and your referred customer will receive a $100 refund to your original payment method.
If total referral rewards reach $600 or more within a calendar year, we are required to issue a 1099. To facilitate this, a W-9 must be completed prior to processing payment. HVACDirect reserves the right to hold payment until the W-9 is submitted and approved.
Am I Eligible to Refer Someone?
As long as you’ve made a purchase from HVACDirect.com or our Installation services. You will be eligible to refer a friend.
Who Can I Refer?
You can refer anyone who is a brand new customer, meaning they have never before bought anything from HVACDirect.com or our Installation services or affiliated sites. Their order must be placed on or after January 24, 2024. Any orders placed prior to January 24, 2024 will not be considered for referral eligibility.
Which Products is the Referral Eligible On?
The referral works with any items in our store as long as the order total is $1,000 or more prior to taxes and other fees and after any discounts or coupons.
Can I Refer More than 1 Person?
Yes! You can refer as many people as you'd like. The more you refer, the more you earn!
*Referral Program Terms:
Approval of referral eligibility is at the discretion of HVACDirect.com. All orders must be completed and shipped and will undergo a 90-day review period before eligibility is confirmed. Canceled orders or exceptions will not qualify. Costs or credits related to order adjustments or reshipments may impact eligibility.
Orders must be $1,000 or more before taxes and fees to qualify.
Referral forms must be submitted within 6 months of the referred customer’s purchase date.
Qualified referrals will receive a $100 refund to the original payment method, and the referred customer will also receive a $100 refund to their original payment method.
Only new orders placed after January 24, 2024 are eligible for referral participation.
