Straight forward connections and assembly. Works as it should.

The brand names for the components are new to this area so our hvac tech wasn't completely familiar with the low voltage connections between the furnace, heatpump and the t stat but the technical assistance guy walked us right through everything and answer all of our questions. System is so quiet , we barely hear it running. Heating right now but expect the air conditioning to work just as well.

The product specs looked attractive for the price. The quality appeared good. The installation wiring instructions were confusing, and the thermostat wiring was not clear. I was particularly concerned when trying to register the warranty; after two months I have not received confirmation, which makes me question what happens if I have a warranty claim.

You guys are great. Good products at a good price and straight honest about availability.
