Impressed with mini-split

I love the ACiQ mini-split. I tried to get in contact with ACiQ to ask some questions and no one followed up with initial reply. Not very encouraging! I wonder what will happen if I need help or service.

Very nice unit

Had a unique scenario where I needed to ceiling mount but a cassette would not fit. Used the floor/ceiling mount mini split heat pump which allowed me future access as well via the attic eves. Unit went together easy and when we topped off the extra refrigerant due to longer line set length we had heat in seconds.

Concealed Duct

Great heat pump and the Concealed duct is good, needs updated thermostat with WiFi ca[ability.
