Jumping into the DIY pool with HVAC was not a simple decision; HVAC Direct proved to be the right people to go to. Availability and pricing were the best, and their tech support is hard to beat. This unit in particular is a small beast; reaction to settings is immediate and the benefit of variable speeds is notorious in the Amp draw, in some lower modes it is almost laughable. These units are a best buy and definitely backed by modern technologies and optimal customer service.

The product was very good but the shipping container was beat the hill but the main Box was OK Nothing was broke everything was there installed very easy I really appreciate your guys's help We had -2ﾟF and it never bobbled to keep running kept the house good Seems to be a good product haven't seen the 1st power bill yet though hopefully 21 sear means it'll be easy on our thank you for your time
