The unit and all the needed parts for install arrived very quickly everything was there. The unit is installed and running so quietly the only way you know it is on, is the perfect temp in the room. - Saved moneyI am happy with my purchase of 2 ACIQ 12,000 btu units for my rental duplex. I saved quite a bit of money buying from your company.
One thing that can be dealt with better. The order came in 2 shipments. The 2nd shipment consisted of the refrigeration lines (2 30' sets). When the first shipment arrived I checked it and saw the lines were missing. I called customer support who told me the lines would be sent seperately. When the order is shippped I should have recieved a notice that there would be a 2nd shipment. The customer service rep told me the order system does not allow this. Every place else I order on-line does this. I was very concerned at that moment that the order was incomplete.
Other than that everything else was good. The customer service reps I spoke to initially about possibly ordering the system were very informative and allayed my concerns about a DYI system. They helped me select the system that would be suitable for the duplex needs.
I installed the condenser units and air handler units. I ran the 220v lines and had an licensed elelctrician make the connection the the circuit breaker box, and he installed the disconnect box and hooked up the electrical whips. I have an licensed HVAC person who will install the copper lines.Review by Don

- Unit is working greatWe just finished installing a few days ago. The unit is working great. We had a little trouble with the wiring (according to the instructions, there was supposed to be a diagram inside the inside unit, but there wasn’t one).
Otherwise, the experience was pretty much flawless. The delivery came, I think, a day or two earlier than promised. The packaging — boxes wrapped securely on a sturdy palate — was excellent. I was able to mount the condenser and inside units myself, setting it up for my HVAC guy to finish the wiring, add refrigerant and test the system.
The day we finished the install was very cold — in the 20s — but the unit was just the right size for our yurt and quickly warmed the room.Review by Ross

- You guys did a great jobYou guys did a great job. Bought a mini split unit and a conventional hvac system last fall. We just got time to install the mini split. We had problems with the new unit. We had to go through some back and forth with your company but in the end you sent me a new outside unit. It now works flawlessly. My hvac technician said he we was surprised you sent out a new unit instead of throwing parts at it like he has had companies do in the past. I have a repair shop and the unit is in my office and waiting room . You would be surprised how many customers ask about the unit and where I purchased it.
