- Excellent ExperienceJumping into the DIY pool with HVAC was not a simple decision; HVAC Direct proved to be the right people to go to. Availability and pricing were the best, and their tech support is hard to beat. This unit in particular is a small beast; reaction to settings is immediate and the benefit of variable speeds is notorious in the Amp draw, in some lower modes it is almost laughable. These units are a best buy and definitely backed by modern technologies and optimal customer service.

- good productThe product was very good but the shipping container was beat the hill but the main Box was OK Nothing was broke everything was there installed very easy I really appreciate your guys's help We had -2ďľźF and it never bobbled to keep running kept the house good Seems to be a good product haven't seen the 1st power bill yet though hopefully 21 sear means it'll be easy on our thank you for your time

- You guys did a great jobYou guys did a great job. Bought a mini split unit and a conventional hvac system last fall. We just got time to install the mini split. We had problems with the new unit. We had to go through some back and forth with your company but in the end you sent me a new outside unit. It now works flawlessly. My hvac technician said he we was surprised you sent out a new unit instead of throwing parts at it like he has had companies do in the past. I have a repair shop and the unit is in my office and waiting room . You would be surprised how many customers ask about the unit and where I purchased it.
