I received your products and I installed them myself, I am retired now , when I was working I serviced and installed HVAC equipment. This is the first time I've ever used a precharged lineset and evaporator. Gotta say it was easy not to mention a good time saver. Only time will tell how good they will hold up. The package itself is running great ,giving me a 19 degree delta t. The condenser had a small but fixable dent in it , the rest of the package was in excellent shape. Thank you for your prompt service. I have a friend currently looking for a furnace with ac and I referred him to you.

I'm liking the new furnace. So far it has been running excellent. It's a little bit on the loud side but I'll accept it because it pushes alot more air and is more efficient than my old furnace. Other than it being heavy and bulky for one man to muscle around it was a simple near plug and play diy install. Over all I'm happy with it and it's performing fantastic yet. I almost never refer people to any business but the people that have been having furnace issues I have been recommending HVACDirect.

Hello it works good my only complaint would be the exhaust fans in the black tube are pretty loud like blades touching inside tube or bad bearings.

The furnace I purchased was exactly what I expected, it was an easy install and all dimensions matched. Seeing how it is a furnace I have only run it through two cycles without problem.
I would not hesitate to buy from HVAC Direct again.
