I think everything is fine we actually haven’t even opened the box yet so I don’t know much yet but everything else we have bought from you all has been great

Overall pretty happy, I’ve not ran ac yet but have been running heat. I will say I was unaware at time of purchase that the a coil was a horizontal one. Turned out a good thing as I like how the set up went that way possibly better. But wish I’d of caught that at time of purchase. Over all good so far. Thanks

Just wanted to say thanks for the fast service received furnace in packaging that impressed the hell out of me. You guys make sure things dont get hurt in shipping. Any how i have not hooked it up yet i have a coal stoker stove which i am using up the coal i have before i hook up propane furnace. Other wise very impressed.

We have not installed the furnace we ordered just yet we was waiting for warmer weather!! But I can give you an excellent review with customer service and shipping. Customer service was very helpful and great communication!! The shipping was fast and order was exactly what I ordered!! I would recommend HVAC Direct to anyone needing supplies you carry!!

My furnace is in and running perfectly.....as expected. Great prices.

The ordering and delivery were easy, and quick. The furnace arrived on its pallet completely unscathed, which was a delight.



I also ordered a furnace base with a filter rack. This arrived in good condition as well. It's quality was not so great though. The door to the raclwas not square, nor was it hung level. The hinges weren't evenly attached. I took it all apart and rebuilt it to my satisfaction, rebuilding the filter rack completely....probably won't order from that brand again.



I'll be putting a heat pump on top of this furnace eventually. Will certainly buy from you if you have what I am looking for.

It was outstanding! The furnace and Condenser/A-Coil arrived within 5 days! Both in great shape. I got the furnace and A-Coil installed within a few days. Unit fired up from the 1st thing and the unit was taking care of business nicely in time for the massive sub zero cold front before Christmas. Hardest thing I had to do was get the exhaust line cut and routed thru 100+ year old walls



I will be back in spring to buy a line-set and "whip" for the Condenser. Thank you. I had previously bought from Alpine and I have two Goodman Units in my own house in use from 2008 and 2010 that have required minimal maintenance (flame sensor oxidized) Thank you

My main complaint is no instructions. I am installing this 10.5 hours away and have no idea what the Tim pieces are for or where they go. I can no way hire a company to install. Kinda not happy.

We are very pleased with the heating unit, which is a marked difference.
