Fast delivery, easy install

This is the second unit for a second home I purchased. The unit(s) were easy replacements, this one for a gas furnace. Unit is quiet, albeit not as efficient as I hoped. Service man only had one grumble, the code screen is behind a plate that has no view window.

It works

Just installed today. It's operating fine right now. There was a issue of a temp sensor behind the circuit board that arced on the main housing of the outside unit. Otherwise it was easy to install. Took 2 days.

After purchase

I purchased this unit. After purchasing and installing this furnace myself. I tried to get my warranty on the product. They want proof of installation. I have none. Not clear on how to get my warranty registered.

Electric mobile home furnace

I ordered an electric furnace for a mobile home to replace a propane one. Great furnace, fit like a glove in the space and works fantastic. Delivery was fast and price was great.

I really appreciated the fast two day delivery on the HVAC unit!......

Its been a do it yourself project, the instruction could have been a little more clearer, with more information on the contoller board....but its installed and operating smoothly.....so far, very satisfied!

I am very happy with the product, and I was glad that you guys were able to help me with the wrong AC unit that was sent. I needed the heat pump and was sent just a regular A/C unit. The exchange went smooth, and the refund of the money from the wrong A/C unit went quick. The unit is working great. Thanks for your help.
