    It did what I wanted it to do it’s okay
    I got into an arguement with my family though when I read 3 ton I assume it was going to be very heavy so I spent money on a specialized tool to pick it up but when it showed up it wasn’t heavy in fact I could carry it myself I don’t like the fact my family argued with me about it but I wished I wasn’t a fool and assumed it was going to be 3 ton who even knows what the hell tonnage mean I just wish there was some kind of bigass bright letters and words saying it’s not actually 3 ton

  4. Everything was great besides a dent in the coil. Looks like damage occurred before shipment .
    It took a hit hard enough to bend the wire grill and fins. The super nice shipping box was untouched . But when the thick corrugated shipping cardboard was removed, there was the dent which seemed to be there before it was shipped. The liquid line was bent (but not kinked) off to the side as well.
    Was I happy about that ? No. But it needed to be put in service and I was glad to find a 410a unit at this point.
    I can't see the dent from my house as they say. But it should have been a "scratch and dent special" in my opinion.

  7. Good build quality.
    The AC started right up after finishing the brazing, purge and vacuum. The only minor thing is the 3/8" liquid side needs a coupling brazed on to get a strong connection. I like that a filter drier was included and the build quality was significantly better than the equipment I was ripping out.

    After one week of service system performs well. However the real test is yet to come when summer heat in the desert reaches 115+ then the system will truly reveal its capability. Currently at 92F its very capable.

    Received condensor unit with a lot of bent (smashed) fins. Forced to use because tenants didn't have ac. Seems to be working fine though. Inside a-coil looked very good and working good as well. I guess time will tell if it is a good purchase.

    it's getting very hard to find 410A air condensers with the warp seed phase out. we have been buying a lot of equipment from HVAC Direct due to having what we need in stock all of our local distributors do not have any 410A left. Every item we have purchased has been amazing. The shipping time is fast the prices are great and installation is easy. i highly recommend giving these brands a chance!

  20. Great condensing unit.
    Bought this and thought I would take a chance on it. Turns out it is very quiet and very efficient. Very pleased with my purchase. Be careful. I also ordered an A coil that was shipped on top of the condensing unit which made it top heavy. It should have been shipped separately to avoid it from falling over. Thankfully nothing was damaged.

    Dealt with rep who was well informed on a/c units. Pricing was a concern, and he met all my needs. My units ac units arrived quickly. When the two units arrived , my handler was damaged and could not be installed. When I called , I was transfered to Manager , Jessica M. The second she spoke, I
    Knew I was in good hands. Damaged item was picked up next day, and new unit delivered within

    Very impressed with the service. I ordered on 02/08/2024 and received on 02/12/2024, @ 09:30 am. Shipped from Georgia to Charlotte NC. Delivered by R&L Trucking. Delivered with no damage at all. They did a very good job. I also liked the quality of the product. Since it was a condenser and evaporation coil, too early to know how it will perform. But I feel confident it will perform well. I would also like to dispel talk that this product (ACIQ) is cheap Chinese made. My units shows being made by ICP, Mexico. ICP makes several different brands. As for me I prefer USA made, but I will take made in Mexico rather than China.

    The equipment all fit and I used it all summer in the Virginia heat. People laugh when I say that but we are in the 90's and 80% humidity. Keeping the inside cool and dry is not easy. So far I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

    My new AC keeps the house to within 1 degree F of the thermostat setting, and my electricity bill is down 20%. Even on the hottest days (we had over 30 near 100F this summer, this unit is so efficient that it goes off for about 7 minutes after running for 15 or 17. we are very pleased!

    I didn’t realize my unit wasn’t efficient until it quit working. I live in 100 year old house for 18 years. Always had to run fans with the air to cool upstairs. This unit has been able to cool with no problem. Just installed in May so have not had heating experience yet. A friend installed for me and recommended your company.     As far as I can tell the products purchase from you are of the highest quality. Installing the equipment in my home allowed me time to avoid shortcuts in workmanship, so only time will tell. I suggest you ask the question again in twenty years. maintenance is the key now including air filters, cleaning of coils and replacing switches as they reach their end of service life.

    Formerly I was licensed in the State of Texas Class B environmental and commercial allowing all of that to expire December 28, 2004. I'm 63 years of age now, employed outside of this industry and no longer have to climb into attics.

    Finally I appreciate the interactions with your sales staff. They have proven themselves generous and knowledgeable. I would appreciate seeing an expansion of your services to include replacement parts.
