Best price easy install

If you have mechanical knowledge, you can use yourself plenty of how to videos out there. Don’t pay someone for something you can do.!!

A fine, well engineered unit

I bought this furnace recently to replace a failing 75K BTU furnace with a cracked heat exchanger. The old furnace put out 100 degree air from the closest vent and I wasn't warm enough. This new model works much better! It is very quiet and puts out 130 degree air even with a reduced input gas pressure. (Before that it got too hot!). The heat exchanger appears to be all metal, as opposed to the old furnace which had plastic on the ends of the secondary heat exchanger (The plastic filed after 15 years and also smelled bad). The new furnace draws 3 amps at fan speed, as opposed to 4 amps for the old furnace. The only problem is that the new furnace blower motor, if it fails, is very expensive and takes a long time to get. If there is a failed motor the furnace will not heat at all, so I bought a spare motor and hope to never use it. The other quibble is that there is no window to view the flame. If the flame is not blue, the soot may ruin the furnace. My heat man says that once set the flame is unlikely to change, but that is a worry. Altogether, the furnace is a fine unit and runs very well. I have had it installed for only about two weeks, so cannot attest to long term performance, but right now it works perfectly. BTW, the guarantee is good ONLY if you have the furnace professionally inspected each year, which costs money

No complaints at this time, it has been installed however, the air conditioner, the item I ordered, will not be in real use until next year when it warms up once again.

Thanks for the ease of ordering and the one thing I found difficult was tracking the item as your site does not have the capability to do so therefore I had to call support to find out 'where' and 'when' that item would be at my home so I could leave work to be there in time to unload it as I had no way to get it off the ground into a truck and take to another location.

The Ac is working great

The Ac is working great. Am happy with that. My only complaint is how long it took it get a response on returning the A-Coil. It didn’t fit on the furnace and I submitted the return on July 10th and finally heard back yesterday that I can return it. Other than that everything else was good.

So far, so good

I just got this all hooked up and running last week, even though I bought it last year. So far, so good, my house is cool and comfortable. A note on shipping: the cover plate over the electrical connections got beat up by something en route. I took it off when it was delivered, and everything underneath was fine, so I accepted delivery.

As far as the product. They seem to be well built. The installer said they are ICP which he said they are good. I'm happy with that. He install them correctly so everything is working fine.

Online purchase was easy. No haggle shipping. They where here and deliver as promised. Packing was very well done. Happy about that. Overall it was a good experience. The installer was so impressed he wanted to know where online I bought this.
