Very satisfied with product

These days, I mostly work on central heating plants. However, I still do some residential work. Knowing exactly what I wanted, led me to a local supply house followed by a call to HVAC Direct. Brandon Sanning was polite, professional and quite helpful. For those that aren’t familiar, ACiQ is Carrier. This furnace is much improved over the older Comfort 92 Model. The unit started right up with zero issues. I am extremely satisfied with the product and service provided by HVAC Direct. I highly recommend both of them!

Hello, the product came securely packaged and the delivery company was excellent on how the unloaded the item on to a pickup truck for me.

No complaints at this time, it has been installed however, the air conditioner, the item I ordered, will not be in real use until next year when it warms up once again.

Thanks for the ease of ordering and the one thing I found difficult was tracking the item as your site does not have the capability to do so therefore I had to call support to find out 'where' and 'when' that item would be at my home so I could leave work to be there in time to unload it as I had no way to get it off the ground into a truck and take to another location.

I am very satisfied with the products that I purchased from HVAC Direct. I recently got a quote from a local HVAC contractor for $8800 to add A/C to my home. I purchased every component required to do the installation myself for less than $2700 delivered to my driveway. The installation took me the better part of a weekend, but it was completed and the system was fully operational just in time for the first heatwave of the year (I'm in the PNW, so it was mid-June, lol). My family and I are incredibly pleased with the outcome. Saving over $6000 on this job allowed my family to take a well needed vacation this year!

As someone that really likes carrier units and have installed alot of them, I really like the Air Quest Equipment that I've been buying from you guys. I haven't had an issue or a single complaint. I plan to continue purchasing them.

Just installed, works great, blower fan really pushes the warm air, I don't have ac but if I did the upper levels would get cool. Very happy
