It was a perfect fit for replacing our old one. Received it in 3 days. Easy installation, plugged it in and its been working great for a year and a half. The 7 year warranty on top of that was icing on the cake. Very pleased.

Outstanding. I called to speak with someone to determine which unit I should get and the person that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. The unit itself is functioning perfectly and is just the right size for the room. Shipping was fast and well packaged. I ended up needing to return a couple pieces I asked for but didn't need. Again, the person I spoke with was great, she helped me set it up get a refund. Also, good price on the unit. Overall, I am very very happy and know you will be too, great folks and great products.

The PTAC I bought was exactly what I was looking for. The price was right, and I like that the warranty is better than all the others. Haven't had it for a long time so we will see how it goes.

Bought to replace my 5 year old Amana that blew a fan for the second time. HVAC direct was great helping me pick out the proper unit. Got it in 3 days. Took 45 minutes to pull the old unit and replace.
Only issue I has was the instructions for the dip switches seemed to be marked differently from one image to the other in the manual. But all is good and a 7 year warranty makes me happy too.
