I'm a retired hvac contractor and installed Goodman heating furnaces for years. They have been exceptional units and I expect this hvac unit to be exceptional as well.

We are really happy with our purchase from hvacdirect. Item was as described. The shipper was great on communication and delivery. Was a little disappointed with the square to round adapters, no real description online. They came in with a 16 in outlet and a 18 in inlet. would be great but all my duct work was 12 in. All in all satisfied. Thanks
