Great Invest

The unit is easy to install, manual was useful except for the heater unit that did not included instructions for it, in general is a great invest for the comfort inside the house

Great Unit

I bought this package unit over a year ago. It was a direct replacement for an aged out unit. Fit was perfect, heats good and cools even better. I have owned Goodman unit for a long time, they are well built and dependable for my area. Looking to replace another unit this year and it will be a Goodman. HVAC DIRECT is the best.

Great Unit

The unit performed above my expectations. We had a very cold winter this year (you knoow due to global warming and all that crap. LOL) it was in the upper 30s for about three weeks. The unit worked great, it never froze up and kept the house at 68 the whole time. When my electric bill came it was only $275. I was happy as can be. I will look to this brand again when the time comes. Thank you!

worst air conditioner ever!

DO NOT BUY a Goodman Air conditioner! The Coils leak! Mine leaked within a year and it cost me $1499 out of pocket , because this company and Goodman wouldn't honor the Warrenty.

It was a good experience

It was easy to order. We had a small problem with delivery but I got it. Had a friend and 3 young strong guys to help move out the old unit and place this one. Nice that it comes charged and I didn't have to pay someone to do that.

The unit arrived quickly and in good condition. It took me awhile to actually hook it up due to my schedule got it working just before we got our first snow in Florida in a long time. It has performed wonderfully over the last few days. Couldn't be more pleased with the unit. My only critique would be that the adapters I ordered were not made to fit the unit, so I had to have boxes made which slowed me down a little bit. the adapters were a generic round to square adapter and the spot welds fell off of one of them during shipping. the customer service was awesome and they sent me replacement.

Looks like it's built very well

Our old heat pump was going out, and we needed something immediately. One Stop Heating and Air, LLC recommended this unit. It looks much better built than our last heat pump. We had it installed, and it's working great! I think the heating and air company made an excellent decision to go with this unit. The reviews are very good, so I think we made the right choice. Looking forward to getting many years of use, and the 10-year warranty is good too.

Thank you, in late August My AC unit compressor exploded. I contacted a local company to get an estimate on a new unit. I did my research and knew

what size and manufacture unit I wanted (Goodman 2.5 ton). When the sales man arrived I gave him the information I had and ask for an

estimate. He came back with a Price of over $9000.00 dollars. I ask him to break it down and he told me the Unit cost for order and shipping was $6500 the rest was for installation. I ordered the Goodman 2.5 ton unit and had it delivered and installed it myself for $3800.

The unit came and as advertised and a little help from the tech support staff I at 69 years old am HIGHLY IMPRESSED with the QUALITY and SUPPORT I GOT.

SMOOTH TRANSACTION

Low cost, Quality product, fast delivery.

Ordering was quick and easy.
Delivery was quick (2-days after order received).
Install was super easy. Only mod required was transition from
old duct size to new size.
Unit came on and worked 100%, has not stopped since.

Note: I have been asked by others about my experience. One of them has already made a purchase from HVADIRECT due to my influence and the other will probably next year when her system completely dies.
