  3. Excellent Product & Service
    These days, I mostly work on central heating plants. However, I still do some residential work. Knowing exactly what I wanted, led me to a local supply house followed by a call to HVAC Direct. Brandon Sanning was polite, professional and quite helpful. For those that aren’t familiar, ACiQ is Carrier. This furnace is much improved over the older Comfort 92 Model. The unit started right up with zero issues. I am extremely satisfied with the product and service provided by HVAC Direct. I highly recommend both of them!

    Good customer service - when they found the units I ordered would be delayed they offered an upgrade to units available to ship. The only thing is I didn't get an updated purchase order so I don't have detailed information on what I purchased - I also don't remember asking for one so that isn't all on them. Good price, easy financing, and good customers service - I would order from them again.

    I couldn’t believe how quiet it is. Works great and was the perfect size for our 700 square foot home. It is perfect for our summer lake house as we only need heat it the early spring and late fall, then we winterize until spring. Although the backup coil would allow us to spend a few weekends during the winter if we want, but it would be expensive to run that all the time. But for our needs it couldn’t be better!

It is compact, runs super quiet, easily keeps up with demand, and is a bit more efficient than our older unit.     No complaints at this time, it has been installed however, the air conditioner, the item I ordered, will not be in real use until next year when it warms up once again.

    Thanks for the ease of ordering and the one thing I found difficult was tracking the item as your site does not have the capability to do so therefore I had to call support to find out 'where' and 'when' that item would be at my home so I could leave work to be there in time to unload it as I had no way to get it off the ground into a truck and take to another location.

    I just got unit working yesterday. It’s only been a day , but what I can say is purchasing to shipping went very well. Shipping was fast, but I wish company would have given me some notice on when they would arrive. This is a home I’m remodeling, so they were lucky my son was there doing some work. Not sure if they would have set it in driveway if nobody was home.
    Overall great experience with hvac direct and so so with delivery company.

    As far as I can tell the products purchase from you are of the highest quality. Installing the equipment in my home allowed me time to avoid shortcuts in workmanship, so only time will tell. I suggest you ask the question again in twenty years. maintenance is the key now including air filters, cleaning of coils and replacing switches as they reach their end of service life.

    Formerly I was licensed in the State of Texas Class B environmental and commercial allowing all of that to expire December 28, 2004. I'm 63 years of age now, employed outside of this industry and no longer have to climb into attics.

    Finally I appreciate the interactions with your sales staff. They have proven themselves generous and knowledgeable. I would appreciate seeing an expansion of your services to include replacement parts.
