- Very happyI am very happy with the purchase and with the equipment. I installed the furnace myself. I replaced an 80%, 22 year old Bryant. So far so good. I like the higher efficiency, the two stage burner and variable fan.
My only issue, which is small, is that the shipper must have set something heavy on the A coil, pushing in the top a little bit. I was able to bend it back. But if it was bent much more, I would have not been able to.

- 4th system purchasedThis our 4th system purchase from HVAC direct. We have been very happy with the previous purchases. This last purchase seems all okay except for one issue. the Line set was to be 3/4” and 3/8” 30 foot. Since we just opened all of the boxes today, we found the 3/8” pipe was missing from the line set box. Only the 3/4” insulated pipe was in the box. The weather has been so cold we have stored the shipment until today.

- Been greatI have been working with Jim Schmitt to help me get the final settings on my Heat Pump. He's great and patient and very knowledgeable and encouraging. I have some non-professional experience and he makes me feel confident and is willing to help me make sure I understand what is going on. You made a great choice hiring him. Unfortunately, at this time, I only have a need for one air conditioner. I am seriously thinking about becoming a tech though.

- So far is greatThis is the second time I purchased from you people and every time is has been very good this new furnace I bought is way better than the last one I bought the last one I had major issues with and this one so far is great I am possibly going to be buying a boiler system from you also for my new built garage slab heat. I am a do-it yourself person sometimes It costs me more in learning what I did wrong but that’s the price of learning. Very good place to buy from highly recommend
