I couldn’t believe how quiet it is. Works great and was the perfect size for our 700 square foot home. It is perfect for our summer lake house as we only need heat it the early spring and late fall, then we winterize until spring. Although the backup coil would allow us to spend a few weekends during the winter if we want, but it would be expensive to run that all the time. But for our needs it couldn’t be better!

When our 20 year old heat pump finally died, I contacted HVACdirect online. The rep was super friendly and helpful with choosing the correct unit, and it arrived in 2 days, couldn't believe it! It is compact, runs super quiet, easily keeps up with demand, and is a bit more efficient than our older unit. We are currently building a new home and will absolutely be purchasing our new units from HVAC direct!
