Reviews for ACiQ 2.5 Ton 14.3 SEER2 92% AFUE 60,000 BTU Hybrid Heat Pump & Furnace System - R454B Dual Fuel Multi-Positional

I was very pleased with the air handler and condenser, they were both of good quality and are working well so far at my customers house. I will definitely continue working with hvacdirect in the future and will talk to you soon. Thank you for all the help

Thank you for helping us get the condenser. It works great.

Everything works great and the team at HVACDirect was easy to work with. I appreciated their help in getting me what I needed and shipping it quickly.

As far as I can tell the products purchase from you are of the highest quality. Installing the equipment in my home allowed me time to avoid shortcuts in workmanship, so only time will tell. I suggest you ask the question again in twenty years. maintenance is the key now including air filters, cleaning of coils and replacing switches as they reach their end of service life.

Formerly I was licensed in the State of Texas Class B environmental and commercial allowing all of that to expire December 28, 2004. I'm 63 years of age now, employed outside of this industry and no longer have to climb into attics.

Finally I appreciate the interactions with your sales staff. They have proven themselves generous and knowledgeable. I would appreciate seeing an expansion of your services to include replacement parts.

Thanks for your inquiry, make it a great day and God bless The United States of America.

I'm very satisfied on the unit thank yall so much

Thank you. The whole experience with HVAC Direct has been terrific!

Everything was as stated

The products appear to be good quality. I am still waiting to have them installed in our new home. Service was good no issues. I have recommended your company to other people.
