    It has been only been a dozen days since it was installed. However, the coil appears well constructed and the nitrogen dry charge was present. I would purchase again. The shipping box arrived in good condition as well (always a worry with shippers). I had a question and the support line answered it right away. Positive experience overall.

    I purchased this furnace from HVAC Direct to replace an existing furnace in an old manufactured home. The specs and manual were available for the unit and were accurate ensuring that i was purchasing an appropriate unit. A service representative reached out to verify I didn't forget to purchase a flashing kit, which i appreciated because it would have been a problem if i had forgotten. Upon arrival the unit had some minor damage to the door. I reached out to HVAC Direct with pictures and an explanation of what I received and they sent me a new door without hesitation. Problems are inevitable, it is how a business handles problems that show if a business is good or bad. HVAC Direct definitely showed me they are a good business. I will purchase equipment from them again in the future and do recommended purchasing equipment from them.

    Shipping was super fast, it was delivered in just a few days. Well packed, no issues or damage. Freight company gave a days notice and showed up on time. Furnace seems to work well, blower and inducer are much louder than the old one, border line irritatingly loud, but moves quite a bit more air as well.

    I couldn’t believe how quiet it is. Works great and was the perfect size for our 700 square foot home. It is perfect for our summer lake house as we only need heat it the early spring and late fall, then we winterize until spring. Although the backup coil would allow us to spend a few weekends during the winter if we want, but it would be expensive to run that all the time. But for our needs it couldn’t be better!

    No complaints at this time, it has been installed however, the air conditioner, the item I ordered, will not be in real use until next year when it warms up once again.

    Thanks for the ease of ordering and the one thing I found difficult was tracking the item as your site does not have the capability to do so therefore I had to call support to find out 'where' and 'when' that item would be at my home so I could leave work to be there in time to unload it as I had no way to get it off the ground into a truck and take to another location.

    I just got unit working yesterday. It’s only been a day , but what I can say is purchasing to shipping went very well. Shipping was fast, but I wish company would have given me some notice on when they would arrive. This is a home I’m remodeling, so they were lucky my son was there doing some work. Not sure if they would have set it in driveway if nobody was home.
    Overall great experience with hvac direct and so so with delivery company.

    As far as I can tell the products purchase from you are of the highest quality. Installing the equipment in my home allowed me time to avoid shortcuts in workmanship, so only time will tell. I suggest you ask the question again in twenty years. maintenance is the key now including air filters, cleaning of coils and replacing switches as they reach their end of service life.

    Formerly I was licensed in the State of Texas Class B environmental and commercial allowing all of that to expire December 28, 2004. I'm 63 years of age now, employed outside of this industry and no longer have to climb into attics.

    Finally I appreciate the interactions with your sales staff. They have proven themselves generous and knowledgeable. I would appreciate seeing an expansion of your services to include replacement parts.

    All in all a positive experience. The furnace works well and installed very easy. Delivery was very quick. Customer service leaves a little to be desired as I had to call twice to get an email receipt. Turns out my name was spelled wrong and I did correct it below. I ended up having to send an email to customer service and they replied with a receipt. Also a little disappointing the warranty is limited as I installed myself. Small things that will not hold me back from buying from your company again.

    The product is working well so far. My only complaint is with R&L Carriers that delivered the unit. These clowns just dropped it. No phone call for a day to arrive. Or knock on the door or anything. My roommate was home but had no idea it was outside at the end of the drive. No one signed for it or had a chance to inspect it. I work in the LTL freight business. I know what there damage rate is. Not giving customers a chance to check for damage is unacceptable. Let alone then not calling.. or knocking.. it Sat outside for hours before it was noticed. It could have easily been stolen.. also unacceptable. When I bought it the video said they would call and set up a day and time window.. they just didn't care.. absolutely ridiculous.

    I was very pleased with the furnace I purchased from you. I installed it myself and everything went flawlessly. Jeff tried to reach out to me about purchasing a roof jack to go with the furnace but I was unable to access my email in time and the furnace shipped before I was able to contact him. His advice was spot on and I ended up needing to source one locally to finish the install and it was significantly more expensive than it would have been through your company. I really appreciated his attempt to contact me and save me the inconvenience. I believe that type of follow through and service is very rare these days and it reflects well on your commitment to customer service. I would recommend your company very highly to anyone in need of HVAC components.
