The only thing is I didn't get an updated purchase order so I don't have detailed information on what I purchased - I also don't remember asking for one so that isn't all on them. Good price, easy financing, and good customers service - I would order from them again.

    I couldn’t believe how quiet it is. Works great and was the perfect size for our 700 square foot home. It is perfect for our summer lake house as we only need heat it the early spring and late fall, then we winterize until spring. Although the backup coil would allow us to spend a few weekends during the winter if we want, but it would be expensive to run that all the time. But for our needs it couldn’t be better!

It is compact, runs super quiet, easily keeps up with demand, and is a bit more efficient than our older unit. We are currently building a new home and will absolutely be purchasing our new units from HVAC direct!

    Thanks for the ease of ordering and the one thing I found difficult was tracking the item as your site does not have the capability to do so therefore I had to call support to find out 'where' and 'when' that item would be at my home so I could leave work to be there in time to unload it as I had no way to get it off the ground into a truck and take to another location.

    I just got unit working yesterday. It’s only been a day , but what I can say is purchasing to shipping went very well. Shipping was fast, but I wish company would have given me some notice on when they would arrive. This is a home I’m remodeling, so they were lucky my son was there doing some work. Not sure if they would have set it in driveway if nobody was home.
    Overall great experience with hvac direct and so so with delivery company.

    As far as I can tell the products purchase from you are of the highest quality. Installing the equipment in my home allowed me time to avoid shortcuts in workmanship, so only time will tell. I suggest you ask the question again in twenty years. maintenance is the key now including air filters, cleaning of coils and replacing switches as they reach their end of service life.

    Formerly I was licensed in the State of Texas Class B environmental and commercial allowing all of that to expire December 28, 2004. I'm 63 years of age now, employed outside of this industry and no longer have to climb into attics.

    Finally I appreciate the interactions with your sales staff. They have proven themselves generous and knowledgeable. I would appreciate seeing an expansion of your services to include replacement parts.

    The 25 year old bi-metal thermostat was not compatible with the assembly,

    so I purchased a new one from Amazon. It was an inexpensive digital thermostat that seems to work well with the new furnace.I have learned to try to keep things as simple as possible.

    The furnace was installed and has gone through a variety of weather conditions since. All seems to be good. We were actually surprised at how quickly it was delivered. We are hoping that the next utility bill will also reflect some gas usage reductions, even though it is not one of the highest rated furnaces. However, one comment was that it was (slightly) more noisy than the previous furnace.

    I know it's been a couple of months since I got this. But I wasn't ready to respond. To date, I have not had the heater unit installed. Old one is still working and I am waiting for better weather. The Heater seems to be ok, looks like it should do what I want. Only issue for me is I am not real happy that it seems so many of our products are built outside the US. But this one is built in Mexico which I prefer over China. I think it will give good service for years to come, once it's actually installed. I was very happy with the help and support I got from purchasing the unit through you folks.
