Reviews for Goodman 3.5 Ton 14.5 SEER2 92% AFUE 120,000 BTU Furnace and AC System - R32 Upflow

We just ordered three AC systems from your site and everything arrived in a timely manner.
Your pricing is fair.

Your salesmen and support staff are doing a great job. I know you are dealing with some supply chain issues which prompted your sales guy to reach out to me and suggest another brand that was available.

I know sometimes some negative comments are good to give you something to work on but for now; you guys seem to have a good process in place.

We're going to be ordering many more AC systems from you guys in the coming months. Keep up the good work.

I congratulate your logistic and delivery crew for great communication ahead of delivery.

i love my unit

Just upgraded my AC and glad I did. New system is very quiet and cools quickly. Thanks!

Equipment was delivered within a reasonable timeframe and in good condition.

I am pleased with the quality of the unit(s) and they are performing as anticipated.

Very positive experience to have ordered from HVAC Direct.

All good feedback on the products I received from HVAC Direct, everything arrived in good shape, installation went good, & the new A/C is working great! Thanks again!

I have ordered several systems
The customer service and communication has always been excellent

good product delivery was 2 days earlier than expected.

This furnace is replacing a Bryant, Plus 90T furnice with a broken heat exchanger with a lifetime warranty that Bryant wouldn't honor. The Goodman 80k btu and 80% furnice wlil do just as good a job as the as the 90% Bryant did for only 9 years.

Very affordable, easy to install and works great! Will definitely purchase from HVAC Direct again!
