Pleased with HVAVdirect's service and support. The lift gate service seems like a $35 bogus charge. Other than that, delivery was 3 business days from OH to MD. Equipment looked great and had recent mfgr date stamps. Equipment installed well with no issues. I would buy from HVACdirect again.

Everything came as planned and we appreciate the experience of your people through the ordering and shipping. We have installed the air conditioner and evaporator and everything works great. We have already applied for the 10 year warranty. If we need anything in the future we will be contacting HVAC DIRECT.
