It works very nicely. The home heats nice and quietly, since the furnace seldom needs to run on High Fire. Installation and start up went smoothly.

Saved about $5000 by having engeneer calculate furnace size, purchased directly from hvacdirect, found local installer. Hvac contractors are biggest scam in our country.

The ordering process was easy, the delivery was made with no problems. The furnace was exactly what I needed. It performs even better than I expected. I am glad I upgraded. What a difference it makes with the dehumidifier makes, maybe even as much as the heat itself.

So far the furnace works great. We'll have to wait till spring to try out the AC. No issues with the install. Equipment was in great condition when delivered.

I’ve got my new heat pump installed as soon as I got it. Wow, It’s performing extremely well under adverse heat conditions. I’m so very happy about my purchase!

Unit is noisy on stage 2 in the house, within one year capacitor failed on a Friday night. Service tech repaired it the next day, but it sure was a hot night in Florida.

The coil itself is about 22” tall, as given, but the case height should be given too. Only my coil fits and had I known the case wouldn’t beforehand, I would have purchased a “naked” coil. Case on this 22” height coil is closer to 26”. Other than that, coil seems good quality, love that it’s aluminum.

I ordered this system to replace my 8-year-old, out of warranty, and sub-par top of the line Trane. I received it at the house 6 days after placing the order. It arrived in good shape. When installing this unit, I had three important questions for HVACDirect customer service, so I asked them on their chat. They answered all three questions within minutes of asking. I was missing a low voltage thermostat connector, but that could have been my oversight during unpacking. Nevertheless, they shipped me the replacement part in one day.
Word of warning to folks who want to do this yourself. This is my second DIY install of a heat pump system, and the only thing I do not DIY is brazing on the refrigerant lines and adding the refrigerant. I call local HVAC folks who DO NOT LIKE or refuse to help HVAC DIYers. So, to get the lines brazed on and refrigerant added cost me $850. I would hope other area are better than where I live.
In summary: I highly recommend HVACDirect!

This was the first time adding a TXV kit. I was reluctant because you could just leave the unit with the standard set orifice. But, now 7 months later, it's been working fine. It makes sense to put one, just like a thermostat for a car. It makes things run consistent on the output.

Reliable heating

Ordered this product and it came as promised. Mine came with the liftgate option and the driver unloaded the product(s) (I had a condenser delivered as well) and he put them in my garage for me and waited while I unwrapped and inspected them for acceptance. The purchase, the service, and the delivery were all top notch and the price can't be beat. I'm very impressed and very happy with the products I chose.

Purchased for a 1500sqft 1960's home with design temperature of 3 degrees. Perfect match! Easy install, although I'm handy.
